About me
My name is Sujith Samuel
I work at the point where organizations know something needs to change but aren't sure what to build yet. My work tends to start with understanding the system — the workflows, the stakeholders, the constraints, and the decisions that are actually shaping the problem — before moving into design.
I've done this in healthcare operations at Geisinger, in human-AI workflow design at Illinois Tech, and in product strategy for an early-stage hardware startup. The contexts are different; the approach is the same.

I've built pilots from scratch in both institutional and startup contexts. I know how to scope what needs to be tested, define what success looks like before you start, and structure the work so findings are actually usable.
